What does the Vigorus label say about the daily dose?

How many Vigorus capsules make one day's serving?
One. The label reads: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily." It also says not to exceed the recommended dose, so one capsule is the daily ceiling as well as the serving.
How many days does one bottle cover?

Does the label name a time of day or say to take it with food?

How much niacin and zinc does one capsule provide?
Is 20 mg of niacin enough to cause a skin flush?
Flushing usually starts at 30 to 50 mg of nicotinic acid, so 20 mg is under that range (NIH ODS). Niacin from a multivitamin or energy drink adds to the total.
Why can't I see the citrulline amount on the label?
Citrulline sits inside a 570 mg proprietary blend with five other ingredients. The label gives only the blend total. The amount of each part is not published.
How does the blend compare with citrulline study doses?
Trials of citrulline gave roughly 3 to 9 grams a day (NIH ODS). The whole blend is 0.57 grams. A 2022 meta-analysis found no clear aerobic exercise benefit even at study doses (Viribay et al., 2022).
What is known about maca, pine bark and saffron?
A review judged maca evidence for sexual function too limited to draw firm conclusions (Shin et al., 2010). Pine bark extract has 39 controlled trials across several areas (Weichmann et al., 2024), but its amount here is unknown. Saffron research is still limited to small trials.
Has anyone tested the finished Vigorus capsule in a trial?
