How does 570 mg compare with the doses used in studies?
It is small next to research amounts. The whole blend weighs less than one low study dose of citrulline alone. Every figure in the "Vigorus" column assumes, at best, that one ingredient took the entire blend.

No stimulant appears on the label. The only active lines are niacin, zinc and the six-part blend. Other ingredients are capsule and flow aids.
Is the niacin in Vigorus the flushing kind?
The label says "as niacin". Flushing from nicotinic acid tends to start around 30 to 50 mg, and one capsule holds 20 mg. Some people react at lower amounts, so watch how you feel.
Why is zinc oxide used instead of another zinc form?
The label does not explain the choice. Zinc oxide is a common, compact form that fits easily in a small capsule. The 11 mg amount matches the adult male RDA.
Can I find out how much citrulline is in each capsule?
